Is the free tier really free?+
Yes. The core wallet-check feature is free forever, for everyone. No credit card, no signup. You'll hit a rate limit at 12 checks per minute per IP — for more, look at Pro.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Pro cancels end-of-cycle, no refund for the partial month (see Refund Policy). Enterprise contracts follow the terms in your signed order form.
Do you support API access on Pro?+
Yes — 1,000 calls per month included. Additional calls are billed at £0.08 each or you can upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited volume.
Which blockchains are included?+
All tiers include Bitcoin, Ethereum + EVM chains, Tron, Solana, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and XRP. New chains are added quarterly and are included at no extra cost.
Do you offer non-profit or academic discounts?+
Yes. Qualifying non-profits, universities, and journalism organisations get 50% off any paid plan. Contact us to apply.
Is VAT included?+
Prices exclude VAT. UK-registered businesses will see VAT on their invoice; export sales outside the UK are zero-rated where applicable.
